- Delivery Time: In the normal course of business, it takes approximately 5 to 7 working days for an article to be delivered after dispatch. This is an estimate, and delivery times may vary.
- Loss or Damage: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

- Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for damaged, defective, wrong size, or incorrect items.
- Time Limit: All purchases have a 2-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Conditions: Products must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Unboxing Video: A proper unpacking video of the received package is mandatory to process any return or replacement request.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for selecting the correct size and keeping the original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain products like swimwear, inner wear, bodysuits, and socks are not eligible for exchange.
- Submissions: If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials ("Comments"), you agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them without any restrictions. We are not obligated to pay for or respond to any Comments.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your Comments and their accuracy. You agree that your Comments will not violate any third-party rights or contain any unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.
- Third-Party Tools: We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" and "as available," without any warranties. Your use of these tools is entirely at your own risk.
