Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order from team fibre. If something isn't right, don't worry—we've got you covered.

When You Can Request a Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange only if your order meets one of the following conditions:
  • The product you received is damaged.
  • The product you received is defective.
  • You received the wrong size.
  • You received an incorrect item.
To process any request, a complete and proper unboxing video of the received package is mandatory. We can't proceed with a return or exchange without it.

Important Points for Delivery

  • If the package you receive is torn or looks damaged, please do not accept it. Immediately inform our Customer Care team at 9268361781.
  • We recommend always checking the product's condition before you share the delivery OTP with the courier.

Our 2-Day Exchange Policy

All purchases from team fibre come with a 2-day exchange policy, starting from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure:
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
  • All original tags are attached.
  • The product is in its original packaging.

Replacement Policy

  • We'll provide a one-time replacement for free if your item qualifies.
  • If you need a second replacement for the same product, you will be responsible for the courier and shipping charges.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please call our Customer Support number at 9268361781. Our team is available between 09:00 AM and 6:00 PM on working days.
A Customer Care Executive will guide you through the process and provide further instructions over the call. Please note that all return approvals will take 5-7 business days to process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Please make sure to select the correct size before placing your order.
  • Keep the original packaging, tags, and invoice intact. This will ensure a smooth and quick processing of your return request.
